One year Everywhere We Looked Was Burning, Tunisian-born/New York-based experimental singer-songwriter Emel Mathlouthi has announced a new double EP with the moniker Emel. The Tunis Diaries is out tomorrow via Partisan Records. It features a collection of newly recorded reworks from Emel’s catalog (‘Day’), paired with an eclectic selection of covers (‘Night’).
