Zoltan Fecso is a Melbourne-based musician and sound artist. His musical evolution traces back to his childhood growing up in Budapest, studying classical piano from an early age. He released debut EP in 2013 and we introduced him with the 2018’s album Shimmer Raga (Hush Hush Records).

A few months after Entering and Emerging, he’s back with a new album called Daylight In An Empty Room which is out now via Whitelabrecs. It is an album of solo guitar improvisations, in which Zoltan has aimed to create a more open, spacious sound than in previous records. Zoltan works closely with his partner and painter Claire Lefebvre, who created the artwork for this album. ‘Daylight in an Empty Room’ suggests finding new detail in simplicity.
