Muzz is a new band which include Paul Banks of Interpol, Matt Barrick (The Walkmen, Fleet Foxes), and Josh Kaufman (Bonny Light Horseman). Recently they released the first collaborative album which is out via Matador Records. They explained: “During this painful and historic time, our hearts and minds have been with the victims of police brutality and with the protestors all around the world who are speaking out against racism and inequality. We’ve decided to use our album release day as a way to directly help fund Black activist and rights organisations.”

They have shared a new video for the track “Summer Love“. video combines, says Banks, “some footage Matt shot months ago of a deserted drive-through theater, with home recordings we individually generated during lockdown, with the majestically psychedelic collage work of the great Andrew McGranahan – to create what we feel is a nice visual poem to accompany the song. A music video if you will. We hope you enjoy it even a fraction as much as we did creating it.”
