Margot are a Peckham based band which ended 2019 supporting Swimming Tapes on their U.K. tour as well as releasing their debut EP earlier this year. Now they’re back with a new track titled “Walk With Me” which is out via Full Time Hobby. It is a song about empathy, depression and the power of talking.
It works as a conversation between someone experiencing a depressive episode and another trying to understand. Frontman Alex Hannaway explains: “It’s about listening, friendship, understanding, I’ve had experiences where friends, family members have been patient, they’ve been persistent and caring, and it’s this that has really helped me in my life.”
