Originally from Georgia, but years now Berlin-based – Irakli belongs the ranks of dudes for which, producing vibes is part of a fixture where also is important explore connections with artists, places, people.
So here’s the point: craftsman behind STAUB, one of the “techno parties” in the German capital, acting in venues namely Berghain, Tresor and Griessmuehle – in 2017 founded the Intergalactic Research Institute for Sound with artists like Stanislav Tolkachev, Natalie Beridze, Rezo Glonti and many others.
Got the pleasure to host his playlist, a few days before his performance with Rezo Glonti at Lunchmeat Festival in Prague (info HERE).
Demen – Niorum (Kranky Records)
There is something very deep in this album. I would say emotions, you feel that strange but very personal atmosphere. This album is dark and beautiful without getting pathetic.
Shuta Yasukochi – Leaving / Warmth Remix (Archives)
Everything Warmth touches becomes gold. Dreamy ambient soundscapes to dive in. Music where your brain vibrates.
Hiroshi Yoshimura – Ice Copy (Empire Of Signs)
Classic, true masterpiece. Nothing to add.
Sophia Saze – Mtvare (მთვარე) (Kingdoms)
Sophia presented us her world, naked, true. It’s not about concepts and ideas, it’s about opening doors to her personal world of sonic explorations.
Shao – Winter 2012 (Tresor)
I close my eyes and listen. Listen carefully and new world opens to me. I see nature and things, which i never saw before.
