Three years after Vinasounds vol1 and 2019’s “G.H.O.S.T.”, French-Vietnamese experimental producer Nodey is back with a new track titled “Krishna” which will part of a new upcoming album. His words about it: “The starting impulse of ‘Krishna’ occurred in Varanasi during the filming of my first music video ‘G.H.O.S.T’. I had drank a weed infused Indian milkshake called Bhang Lassi for the first time. Varansi is a wonderful and inspiring city, one of the most ancient in the world. It’s more than 5000 years old, you feel like you’re in Game of Thrones there!

“I bathed in the Ganges, I saw incineraed human corpses, I was caried away in a magnificent and incredible trip and then, I met Saiam, a local traditional singer, who sings a 900 year old Soufi poem over the beat.”
He shared also the official video shot in Shanghai and directed by Francis Cutter, with Anaïs Lawson. It follows divinities of modern times watching the destiny of a scociety whose boundaries between consumption and over consumption seem confused. Watch it below.
