Oberst & Buchner are the Vienna/Berlin-based deep-house/techno duo comprised of Andreas Buchner and Sebastian Oberst. They announced the release of the debut album titled Sfumato which will be out  tomorrow digitally and on vinyl via Hamburg-based label Hold Your Ground. We have the pleasure to premiere a new track “The Beuys In Us” which shows a nocturnal mood, rough vibes and “heavy” synth lines.

Their words about it: “The Beuys in Us is a pun and reference to the great artist and teacher Joseph Beuys who saw art in everything. The song combines feelings of delicate fragility with bold statements, like Beuys himself. At the same time it’s our gratitude towards our own ability in preserving our inner children when we make music or go out to play.
