Two years after Last Signs of Speed, New York-based percussionist and composer Eli Keszler  (known also as collaborator of Laurel Halo and Oneohtrix Point Never) released the new album Stadium in 2018. Now he shared a new EP. Empire is out now via Shelter Press. Full streaming is available via Bandcamp.

It is about finding stillness, tranquility and beauty in a dystopian landscape. In some ways, it continues the concepts explored on Stadium since it’s also an EP inspired by cityscapes, architecture and, as Eli himself notes, “the illusion of order during declines.”
