One year after Pipe Dreams, American New York-base pioneering composer and performer Mary Jane Leach announced the release of a new album. (f)lute song is out on October 12th via Manchester-based label Modern Love and it is a 4-tracks album composed specifically for flute over the years.
“Downland’s Tears” is a new excerpt and it a composition is for 10 flutes, played by Manuel Zurria. It is based on/inspired by the Lachrymae by John Dowland. The video is also by Manuel Zurria.
