Skott is a singer (we don’t know much about her) that has shared her debut single titled “Porcelain” and it is out via B3SCI Records (U.S.) and Chess Club Records (UK). It shows her amazing and fragile vocals, a melancholic and dreamy mood and a great emotional intensity. Listen below.

Skott grew up in a remote small town forest commune run by ‘outcast’ folk musicians. The small supportive community exposed her to music while she grew up in this unorthodox childhood, however Skott didn’t actually hear any contemporary music until she went to the city for the first time in her mid teens.

Of the track, Skott tells Pigeons and Planes, “The most precious things take time and care to build, but take only a fraction of that time to destroy or break. Porcelain is about how you can spend limitless time creating something – trust, for example – but you can also let it fall to the ground in a second.”
